The Level 4 Award in Food Safety is suitable for anyone responsible for managing food safety, particularly sous chefs, head chefs, managers, supervisors, chief stews, and is MCA approved. The course is regulated by Ofqual and accredited by Highfield Qualifications.
This food hygiene course is suitable for anyone who wants to be a food hygiene trainer, and anyone that is responsible for training their team in food hygiene practices.
It is run over five days on Zoom, with the exam completed three weeks later online.
Complete the course on Zoom and do the exam online with a remote invigilation app. Results are available within seven days.
