Yacht Interior Intermediate
This course is aimed at interior crew looking to progress from introductory to operational level.
The programme includes interior administration and management systems, food and beverage service, housekeeping and valeting, flower and plant maintenance, cigar services and human resource management.
Students also build on their time management, communication and planning skills.

Guest services, guest orientation and preferences
