Yacht Interior Management

It covers interior yacht operations, administration and management systems, financial planning and purchasing, food and beverage operations outside of the galley, housekeeping and valet services, events and destination management and HR management, prioritising and delegating.
Practical sessions address Guéridon service, fish filleting, carving and flambé.

Financial planning - budgeting and forecasting
Guest service management
Personnel management - recruitment techniques
Event management - planning and production
Theory and practical exams
Formal intermediate training and on board service (two seasons)
