The one day STCW Elementary First Aid course teaches you the basic principles of first aid at sea. Learn to identify life threatening conditions, perform CPR, recognise hypothermia and be better prepared to help a casualty in an onboard emergency.
This is part of the mandatory STCW Basic Safety Training course, which also includes Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities, Personal Survival Techniques and Proficiency in Security Awareness.
