Crowd Management on Passenger Ships

This course trains personnel in the use of life-saving appliances, control plans, assisting passengers en route to muster/embarkation stations, and in mustering procedures.

Secondary target group: Masters, officers and other personnel designated on muster list to assist passengers in emergency situations aboard passenger ships.
