Our journey in Palma kicked off, wasting no time immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere and engaging in discussions with The Crew Network , and EVOLUTION Yacht Agents and then headed over to Pantalán del Mediterráneo and Del Mar. The sleek design and amenities set the perfect backdrop for the exciting week that lay ahead.

Tuesday 23rd April –

Tuesday saw the extension of our meetings in Port Adriano, with a range of vessels captivating the team with its refined exteriors and state-of-the-art features. We then navigated through discussions with the Ticket Travel Agency.

We also turned heads driving around in the Yotspot branded car! Did you catch a glimpse?

On day 3 of Yotspot exploring Palma, we headed for STP Shipyard where we had we had the pleasure of catching up with our superyacht clients, we discussed adding more HOD users to their Yotspot 24/7 accounts, how to optimise their job roles and how they can filter quickly and easily through their candidate application list.

Thursday 25th April – Palma International Boat Show Day 1

The Palma International Boat Show kicked off with a bang! The team not only held meetings with various vessels, including some inspiring ‘We Asked Crews’. Keep an eye out for that! We also immersed ourselves in the latest innovations and trends, capturing the essence of each vessel in stunning detail.

In the afternoon, the team hosted a successful Crew Clinic at the Corner Bar, offering invaluable advice and guidance to aspiring crew members. They answered industry-related questions, developed Yotspot profiles to improve job prospects, and provided CV-checking services to suggest areas for improvement. The clinic fostered growth within the yachting community, leaving attendees equipped with enhanced knowledge to pursue their careers with confidence.

Day 2 at the Palma International Boat Show! From catching up with industry buddies to making new connections, Today we soaked up the sun and dived head first into discussions with some prospects and clients and walked the show floor. We also stopped off at the Association Woman in Yachting networking drinks at the Yachting Pages Media Group stand. It was great to connect and celebrate women in the maritime industry.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Superyacht Charities Seafarers Supper, an event close to our hearts which we proudly sponsored. We have been longtime supporters of the charity so it was great to join in the event.

Thank you to the Superyacht Charities team for all the tireless work you do to support those less fortunate

Also another big thanks to the other sponsors MIMO Connect Ltd and Starboard for making it possible.

Saturday 27th April – The Yotspot Team Unites!

As the bustling week in Palma draws to a close, the Yotspot team gathered for some well-earned downtime from the show. From business to brunch, we enjoyed a team building meal to share stories and celebrate the achievements of the week. Amidst any show or trip, we always try our best to allocate some down time to appreciate the local surroundings and take a break to reset.

Now we are back at the Yotspot HQ. The hard work minus sunshine follows. Time to follow up and edit the content collected! Thank you to the organisers of Palma International Boat Show – we had a great time!
