Big changes are coming to Yotspot in 2026

Over the next few months you’ll start noticing some pretty major updates landing across Yotspot. We’ve been working behind the scenes on a long-overdue refresh, and 2026 is the year it all rolls out.

More than just yacht jobs

Yachting careers don’t always stay at sea, and we want Yotspot to reflect that. We’re expanding the platform so it properly supports shorebased roles across the industry, along with jobs in private households and estates.

For a lot of yacht crew, these roles are a natural transition when it’s time to step onto land. The skills are similar, the standards are familiar, and the opportunities are huge. Yotspot is going to make those paths much clearer.

A new look (finally)

Parts of Yotspot haven’t changed since 2016. You’ve probably noticed. This redesign will modernise everything – cleaner layouts, better navigation, a better mobile experience, and space for new tools we’ve been wanting to introduce for years.

Some updates will appear gradually and others will drop in bigger chunks. Either way, the aim is simple: make Yotspot faster, easier to use, and more useful for both crew and employers.

What to expect

We’ll keep the site fully functional during the transition, but you might see bits of the interface shift as we release each stage. If something looks new, it’s intentional. But if you experience any issues, we’re here to listen to any concerns – as always.

This is the biggest update we’ve ever done, and it’s built to make Yotspot stronger for the next decade – not just prettier.
