Summary

Looking for a First Mate to join a Private program on board a 40 meter Motor Yacht.

Ideal candidate must have experience as First Officer on board 40 m + vessels or can be a Bosun with solid experience who is ready to step up. Good longevity on board previous boats a must. Master 200 ton minimum, OOW preferred, with lots of tender driving experience required. Seeking a career minded individual with good leadership skills able to lead a team. Itinerary is New England, Bahamas and Caribbean, followed by Shipyard periods in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

Salary is above industry standard with 42 days leave and Medical.

Start date May 10th. Only candidates currently in the USA considered due to the location of the vessel.
