Summary

Service Stewardess needed for a Happy, Private 92-meter motor yacht.

The position:

• Working within the Service team and a little housekeeping (Boss On)

• Rotating between Crew area duties, detailing, inventories, specialised interior projects and general housekeeping (Boss off)

• Working within an interior team of 10

• Occasional watch duty will be required

• Start date - within 2 weeks

The Program:

• South Florida based mostly, with possible trips to the Bahamas and The Caribbean

• There is a possibility of crossing to the Mediterranean (or somewhere completely different)

  Historically, the itinerary has been pretty random and unpredictable.

• ⁠The Owner uses the yacht for roughly 8-10 weeks out of the year

• No more than 12 guests onboard at one time

The Package

• 60 DAYS HOLIDAY per year - Usually split into 2x one month

• 2 Flights home per year

• A starting salary of $3,800p/m - there is room for negotiation, dependent on experience

• Additional incentives for longevity and commitment

• Weekends off year-round, unless on Watch Duty (or Boss is on)

The ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Service Stewardess on Yachts 60m+ is a bonus

• Someone who is happy to be based in Florida most of the year

• Someone who is happy with a not-so-busy program

• A confident and well-mannered person

• Someone with an active lifestyle

• There is high crew morale onboard, the right candidate will be friendly with a can-do attitude.
