Summary

Silver Swan is currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Stewardesses to join a newly built 38m motor yacht. They are currently based in Viareggio, Italy, and will be heading to Mallorca, where the yacht will be based for the Summer period. The yacht will then be going back to Italy for the Winter yard period.

The successful Stewardess will be working on this private non charter yacht, owned by a lovely Middle Eastern family, so experience with Middle Eastern clients would be a huge bonus. The Captain and Chief Stew have been working for the family for nearly 4 years, and they are a total of 8-9 crew. The stewardesses will be working alongside the Chief Stew to get everything set up and organised on the interior before welcoming the family onboard their new boat for the Summer. They will mostly be doing day trips, with occasional overnights. The yacht is owned by a family of 5 with grown up children and grandchildren. There are no childcare duties involved.

One of the Stewardess positions could become a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

Set up organising the yacht and its’ interior for the Summer season

Oversee all aspects of the yacht's interior, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organisation

The successful Stewardess will also be providing a high level of service to owners and guests

Excellent attention to detail

Hands on housekeeping and laundry duties

Inventory management

Onboard provisioning

Ideal Candidate:

At least one season working on yachts, with a hospitality background

Trustworthy, responsible and professional – if it goes permanent, the Stewardess will be looking after the interior when the Chief Stew is not there

Experience with Middle Eastern families would be a huge bonus

Well presented, professional appearance
