Summary

80m Private M/Y is seeking an experienced career minded deckhand to join the program in New Zealand

Applicants need not apply unless you have the below:

  • 1.5 years experience on 50m+ M/Y

  • Fishing experience: Trolling, bottom fishing, spearfishing for pelagics (Proficient in the rigging and operation of all the gear).

You will be solely in charge of all of the gear and will take the guests out fishing

Cruising the South Pacific/Indian Ocean for the rest of 2024.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the industry with a culture of training and promoting from within.

Great longevity amongst the deck team & all departments alike, a real family feel!

We're a very tight knit and active crew who spend days off surfing, hiking, playing golf and exploring the remote areas we are fortunate enough cruise.

Owners use is solely based around diving, kiting, surfing, fishing and mountain biking

This is very much a work hard in preparation for owner's trips and on trip, then enjoy your down time after, a very balanced lifestyle - programme.
