Summary
Chef / Sous chef required for 50-meter sailboat.
Must be passionate for healthy food in multiple cuisines & ideally culinary trained.
Private boat. Not heavily used. 9 crew
Owners’ personnel Chef will join for when they are aboard, thus the sous chef role.
The galley will be yours most of the time, cooking for crew & other guests.
Permanent position. Preferably female due to cabin arrangements.
Mediterranean summer, itinerary unknown, join in Barcelona.
Rational & Convotherm ovens, 6 plate commercial induction hobs, Hobart dishwasher, 8 galley fridges.
Salary is dependent on experience.
