80m private yacht with 17-20 crew looking for a Sous to cook for crew and support Head Chef during guest trips.
We do approx 140 days per year guest on therefore there is lots of exposure to guest cooking as well as the daily meals for crew.
Initially, contract would be a month to ensure candidate and boat are happy before then moving onto a 5:1 leave schedule. Upon completing a year onboard leave then increases to 90 days.
Ideal candidate would have previous yachting experience however, land based experience is also accepted. Any qualifications in cooking is also of huge benefit.
