Exciting opportunity for a talented, motivated and creative chef. We are looking for an experienced chef for the forthcoming season to join our well established crew. The boss is big into his fitness so the nutritional side of things is very important. You should be very comfortable with meal planning and macros and also able to integrate this into providing tasty and innovative dishes. The vessel is very much a relaxed family vibe and there will be children and family so traditional home cooked meals as well as fancy dishes will also be expected. The current crew are a great bunch, with some great longevity, all get along really well and enjoy an active healthy lifestyle, and enjoy all cuisines without any special dietary requirements. The dynamic on board with the crew is one of mutual respect and great team spirit, not big boozers and all none smokers so please only apply if you are of a similar mindset.
