The Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre in Plymouth is one of the foremost Outdoor Education centres in the South West – the Centre has a reputation for excellence, professionalism and operates to the highest standards.

In late 2014, the Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre was granted charity status (previously a not-for-profit organisation) after successfully meeting the criteria governed by Charity Law.

The Centre has always, in its sixteen years of operation, considered the ‘advancement of education’ and the ‘advancement of amateur sport’ at its core and ‘to promote, sustain and increase individual and collective knowledge and understanding of specific areas of study, skills and expertise.’
