An exciting opportunity has become available to join Yotspot - the industry’s leading platform specialising in the recruitment of crew for some of the worlds largest and most prestigious superyachts.
Whilst Yotspot has an excellent reputation already, you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time for the next stage of our business growth. We are looking for a talented individual to support our growing list of clients to optimise their experience using our products.
As an agile team, this role will give you extensive autonomy and responsibility. You’ll be a key support in optimising our customer experience at Yotspot, ensuring that users get the most from their memberships, and fill their roles quickly and successfully.
This is hybrid office/home based, and although we take quarterly business trips, this role is focused on supporting the team, so ‘holding the fort’ should be something that you are comfortable with, and suits your work/life balance. This role does not have sales targets, so may suit someone with recruitment experience that enjoys the relationship building, rather than sales pressure. We would consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
Requirements and responsibilities:
Initiate, manage and develop client relationship - liaising with our clients via phone, email and demo calls
Optimisation of Yotspot use - with training you will review client accounts and activity, roles, user management and make recommendations for improvement
Task and contact management - Using our CRM to track your activity and scheduling pipeline check ins for future
Support our incoming enquiries - monitoring and replying to inbound web forms, emails, calls and occasionally social media in a timely manner
Proactively identify client opportunities or growth areas
Understand and support the sales process
Skills and experience required:
Recruitment agency and or tech company experience
Proven experience in a client facing role
High level of professionalism
Excellent networking skills
Understanding of working within a fast paced environment
Yachting or marine industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Hubspot experience an advantage, but again not essential
Able to work from our Southampton based office
