Summary
We are in search of a seasoned and skilled Sole Chef for a 42m Charter Yacht, located in the Mediterranean.
The perfect candidate would have prior experience on vessels of similar size, with at least 2 to 3 seasons of cooking for charter guests. The Chef should be proficient in Mediterranean cuisine, with a special fondness for authentic Italian and International dishes, and be able to deliver diverse and original meals to the highest standards.
The role requires a calm and energetic individual who is passionate about their work and possesses an impressive portfolio and credible References.
Qualifications :
STCW BST with PDSD – ENG1 valid for more than 6 months – Ship’s Cook Certificate – Food and Safety Level 3
Visa/work Requirements
E.U Residents or candidates holding a Schengen Visa valid until 11/2024, already located in the EU, preferably in the South of France.
