Requirements: Culinary trained and/or Strong restaurant experience
Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. Well plated and varied menu.
Chef needs to be able to produce great quality food, be able to talk and present a menu to the boss and be happy to cook crew food for possible long periods with no guests onboard.
Passport (valid for minimum 1 year)
Schengen visa (if the nationality requires)
Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year)
STCW + Refresher
Food hygiene/safety
Clean galley practices
