Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Head of Housekeeping to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the industry, with proven leadership skills in a senior or lead housekeeping role. A genuine passion for the role and the ability to guide and motivate your team are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently lead a housekeeping team, sharing your expertise and providing high energy and motivation.

• Previous experience in running inventories, managing extensive shipyards, handling delicate materials, and creating work lists.

• Foster a fun and family-oriented environment, catering to the needs of the fantastic and personable owners.

• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating a helpful and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is essential, and a senior housekeeping role is preferred.

• Experience on a big boat (70m+) is highly desirable.

• Candidates with previous experience as a Senior or Lead Housekeeper or those with previous Head of Housekeeping experience will be considered.

• Solid 2 years of housekeeping experience, with a willingness to step up and take on more responsibility.
