Previous experience in organizing,teaching,leading,motivating and leading an internal team up to 7 Stews
- many years of experience in teams and yachts of 50-60 m
- Excellent service, food and drink, housekeeping and leadership skills
- Talents and skills in organizing winter work and new build (definition of work, process of drawing up proposals,evaluating proposals, planning work, evaluating work performed and conducting contractors)
- Strong work ethic in representing the interests of owners in keeping the yacht in excellent conditions
- Strong management skills of employees
- Proper etiquette and attitude - be a role model on board
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent computer, organizational and correspondence skills
