I’m currently employed on board a charter/private yacht as a 2nd stewardess. This is my 3rd season and I have received amazing experience with the owners, guests and crew but it’s time to grow and move forward. “Sandro” is a top-rated luxurious restaurant in the centre of Kherson. The place has a quiet, old world environment with family atmosphere perfectly complemented by the wonderful menu. I had the honor of serving the most famous families of my city making sure to satisfy all their needs and make their events unforgettable. Working in a team of 3 waiters under administrator’s supervision I have provided execute top-quality customer service to 60 guests at a time. “Sandro” gave me a tremendous chance to master my detailing skills as the interior includes wood, marble and glass surfaces along with mirror walls. As per owner’s request the deep cleaning was performed every night with high accuracy so my eye for detail had been brought to distinguished level.
These 11 months on board of the luxury 47 meter yacht that has 6 cabins for 12 guests were great experience and a pleasure. I loved working in this fast-paced environment taking care of the guests who expected nothing but the highest standards of service. During the season I was rotating through Laundry, Housekeeping and Service making sure to deliver the best performance. My role changed widely from everyday guest service to an intense yard period where I took Chef’s role in cooking for the crew and Chief Stew duties in provisioning, maintaining the boat clean and doing inventory. I enjoyed being a part of this family-like strong team constantly being challenged and looking for ways to improve my set of skills.
Assisting in this creativity center has become a beautiful chapter of my life. I’ve entered as a volunteer helping teachers to maintain order in the classrooms and keeping children (a group of 2-6 y.o.) safe on the playground. My efforts and interest in child care were soon noticed by the principal and I got offered a full position of Teacher Assistant which included teaching numbers, alphabet, singing songs, changing diapers, potty-training, indoor and outdoor play, organizing toys, reading to children and much more. Working there helped me develop patience, verbal communication, genuine love for kids and self discipline.
This legendary restaurant in the heart of Ukrainian capital has been a spot of interest for wealthy and influential guests. This beautiful two-storey building with three secret rooms along with main hall accommodated up to 70 guests at a time with six waiters team. I have enjoyed working in it’s dynamic environment developing my adaptability, problem solving, leadership and creativity skills. My role included providing award-winning service, cleaning all work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware, and ensure they are stored appropriately. Being a part of this marvelous team greatly improved my personal and professional skills.
I’ve made 4 magnificent contracts within 3.5 years on board of this beautiful luxury cruise ship. Having started as a bar server I rapidly advanced to the Senior Waitress providing impeccable service to VVIP sophisticated guests in specialty restaurants on board. This vessel has provided me with a great opportunity to develop multitasking, interpersonal skills (diverse 300 crew members from all over the world), “can do” attitude and team spirit. My responsibilities included high level Silver Service, Wine Service, cocktail making, welcoming guests while embarkation, security duties and organizing special events. I consider this time to be the most precious for my hospitality evolving and always think of it with gratefulness.
