PricingMy name is Ante Milkovic, I have a strong character,I am really responsible and reliable. I can work under pressure and I am happy to work with people of all ages and from all parts of the world. I worked on container ships with length more than 350 meters and I spent three years on that type of vessels.Next four years I was working on offshore dredging vessels and i was 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off. It help me in my carrier, everyday happens something new and for me, like a engineer, is a challenge to fix and solve the problems. Now, I am looking for yacht jobs to help me progress into the engineering department. I want new challenges, knowledge, more responsibility and new experience. I am wiling to take a position of rotation like sole eng or chief engineer until my experience get recognized.
A good team player who is interested in every kind of sports, cars and huge fan of the animals. After 10+ years of the sea service I hope with my experience and knowledge I can help and improve things on board.

Working as a chief engineer on a famous 88' year boat.Extensive drydock period in LMC shipyard.Completely redesign of a entire boat included engine room space.Overhaul main engines,overhaul pumps,new boilers,new pipings,new alarm system,overhaul jets,overhaul generators,new stabilizators...3x 2595 kw MTU 4000, 2 x 60 kw john deere generators,Kamewa jets,Separator Alpha laval etc.
Working as chief engineer on a single season private boat. Extensive work period in Sevenstar shipyard Pisa. Responsible for built up engine room from zero, after a fire caused by the inattention of a shipyard. Main engine CAT 2x1678 kW, aux. engine Cummins x2 220 kW, watermaker Idromar ,Quantunum stab. ,Separator ALPHA LAVAL etc.
Working as a chief engineer on dual season private/charter boat. Summer season mediterranean bassed. Middle of september crossing to US for shipyard period. Winter caribbean based. Main engine CAT 2x1678 kW, aux. engine Northern Lights x2 100 kW, watermaker ,Quantunum stab. ,Aircon. Princess ,Separator ALPHA LAVAL etc.
Working as Chief engineer on a busy motor yacht. 2 months of charters done on ibiza during this summer. 2x MTU 4000 each one 2750kw, John Deere gens x2,Alpha laval purifier,Kamewa jets,Seabob jet skis, vacuum toilettes, Frigit air condition and refrigerating system etc
Temporary Ch.engineer on replacement due to health problems of the Ch.engineer on a permanent contract. Working as Chief engineer on a busy motor yacht with back to back charters(christmas and new year 20/21). 2x MTU 4000, John Deere gens x2, Naiad stabilizers, Seabob jet skis, Tender Janmar 260 hp, vacuum toilettes, Heinen and Hopfmann chillers etc.
Follow Chief engineers Standing Orders. Assist Chief Engineer with routine watch keeping duties. Maintain bilge levels, check machinery parameters, tank soundings, Engine Room Log books. Yacht currently in "Yard period" so extensive maintenance and modifications in engine room and throughout the vessel. Main engine CAT 2x1640 kW, aux. engine CAT x2 200 kW, watermaker HEM ,Quantunum stab. ,Boiler Babcock Wanson ,Separator ALPHA LAVAL etc.
Temporary 2nd engineer for the crossing from Genoa to Antigua for boat show, in December start with winter season. 2 Charters for christmas and the new year, boss trip in january. Follow Chief engineers standing orders, assist him with routine watch keeping duties, tank soundings, Engine Room Log books, service generators and bunkering. Discharge bilge and dirty oil tank when required to shore. Operate fresh water generator. General maintenance, assist deck team with mooring of the vessel, clean machinery space (moping,wiping oil spills,...) etc. Main engine cummins 2x1790 kW, aux. engine cummins x2 150 kW, watermaker Idromar etc.
Keeping the watch 12 on 12 off. Working under orders of 1st Engineer. Huge experience in repairs because for all jobs only oiler assist me and he is working under my command. Experience with welding and lathe machine. Also, knowledge and experience with hydraulics. Main engines MAN 3240 4 stroke, aux. engines Caterpilar, separators Alfa Laval, all kind of pumps. Working on hydraulics, equipment such as compressed air systems, main engines separators, centrifugal pumps.
Hold shifts from 8am to 4pm o'clock. Every third day duty Engineer for all shift and after 4pm the alarm in the cabin for all night. I was in charge for separators, pumps, compressors, fuel transfer and bunkering. In the port I was assisting the 1st Engineer at work of main engine.
