3rd Chef required for prestigious 100m private Motor Yacht. Applicants must have a can do attitude, good culinary skills and be willing to assist the Head and Second Chef with all aspects of Galley life, this includes cleaning which everyone is responsible for. Applicant must also be able to contribute with menu ideas for both crew and guests, although the Head Chef has the final say, everyone in the galley is expexted to contribute and keep the food progressing. Experience in the yachting industry is not essential but experience in good restaurants, hotels and a good knowledge of the fundamentals of cookery are. On offer is a competative salary with a 2:1 rotation.
