We are looking for a Female Head Chef to join a private, single-season 50m Motor Yacht.
You will be an experienced Chef who has a keen interest and experience in Vegan and Italian cuisine and is able to prepare wholesome and healthy meals for the guests and Crew. The Owners do have their own simple dishes in their repertoire which they liked to be cooked in a certain way, which is mainly Meditteranean based for when they do not have guests on board.
The summer season will be spent cruising the Med and you may also be asked to cook on board other boats in the fleet and occasionally the Owners private residences. They spend the winter in the SoF so there is the option to live ashore and flexibility with time off for training courses etc in that period.
