We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Interior) to join a Luxury Lodge in New Zealand.

Start date: ASAP

Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all aspects of service from the interior teams. Providing the Seven Star Super Yacht quality guest service and hosting experience. The Asst Manager will provide leadership, guidance and training to all staff so that they may maintain the Lodge and property facilities to an extremely high standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands on experience. They must show outstanding proven management skills and be available to work when required. This includes weekends, holidays and nights. Exceptional PC skills on multi software platforms is a must. At least 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience. Ideally with experience and longevity in a remote location and a minimum of 3 years as a senior manager.

We are looking for someone who is willing to commit long term, so candidates will need to legally be able to work in New Zealand. Must have full drivers license and own transport.

Accommodation is available if required. A fantastic package is on offer to the right candidate.
