Ensure the operational performance of the Marina under strict compliance with the concession regulations and agreements, as well as the objectives and ethics of the company.
Main Scope of Work:
• Supervise and manage the operation of the Marina on a daily basis. • Direct the personnel of Marina in the execution of their functions. • Supervise the reception of yacht reservations on arrival, assign mooring spaces and the delivery of goods and services. • Develop profit centers and supervise the acquisition of retail goods and services. • Supervise and manage the maintenance procedures of the marine infrastructure. • Manage “risk exposure” and ensure that security procedures and emergency plans are developed and executed. • Develop, present and implement annual operating budgets and capital expenditures. • Develop and execute Marina marketing and customer retention events, such as fishing tournaments, regattas, international boat shows and other events as necessary. • Develop and execute Marina marketing the Marina in the mega-yachts market segment.
Problem Solving Continually monitor all aspects of the business and find solutions to problems and / or prevent them from occurring. Proactively seek, training and cross-training of staff so that they can deal with problems that may arise. Proactively seek the improvement of business volume with innovative ideas.

Scope of management Marina operational performance.
Internal and external relations Internal Departments within the organization, such as: Water Resources, General Services, Finance, Human Development, Security, Legal, Marketing, Real Estate, among others. External Marina customers, government agencies, suppliers, representatives of the marine and tourism industry, and community contacts
Responsibility for economic resources Creation and performance of the annual budget of approximately US$ 3.7 million. Development of new and existing profitable centers. Implementation of the capital expenditure budget
Environmental conditions This position is carried out in normal physical conditions typical of an office and sometimes on the docks where exposure to heat, wind and dust are
ACADEMIC LEVEL Bachelor of Administration, Engineering or related careers.
EXPERIENCE Ten years as a manager of a recognized Marina.
COMPLEMENTARY STUDIES Fluent in Spanish and English 100%. OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE Advanced marine, boating and fishing knowledge. Personnel management

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 a year, under and subjected to the law and regulations

Working Visa The company will take care of all the visa and work permits required.
