Summary

Female Sole Chef Opportunity - 40m Private/Charter S/Y

Start Date: First week of December 2019

Location: South Pacific - Med for 2020 season

Package: Competitive Salary, paid in Euros, 44 days leave

Experience and Attributes Required:

2 years’ experience as Sole Chef on board 40m+ yachts

Exceptional culinary skill with emphasis on clean fresh cuisine plus knowledge and experience in vegan/dietary and allergy requirements

Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

Great attention to organisation, storage, stock and budget control is paramount as you will be travelling to remote areas with provisioning opportunities proving to be difficult at times

Must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to communicate well with the Service Team

Be able to discuss menu options with the Owners and Guests

Excellent personal presentation and hygiene

Possess the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change

Qualifications Required:

Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree

STCW (all up-dated)

Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties Certificate

Seafarers’ Medical (Min 6 months validity)

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2

Non smoker only and no visible tattoos
