We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business in Bath. Based within the Yachting industry, you will be responsible for placing crew on luxury Super Yachts across the globe. You will help match and secure the ideal candidate to the right client and build long lasting, trusting relationships with both parties. You will be the trusted connection between both clients and candidates.
Duties will include:
• Registering jobs from clients by taking detailed notes and getting a full understanding of the requirements of the position, including any necessary qualifications, tickets or visas; • Uploading, and sending out jobs to relevant candidates. Contact crew to discuss positions by completing efficient searches using the database; • Interviewing job seekers; making and recording detailed assessments whilst guiding and assisting crew in their career development and job seeking activities; • Reference checking crew members with previous employers; • Building crew numbers on the Crew & Concierge website/database by encouraging job seekers and existing crew to register online and update regularly when looking for work; • Generating leads with new business and maintaining established working relationships with Crew, Captains, and Yacht Owners; • Providing ongoing support to Crew & Concierge clients once a placement has been made; • Providing weekly updates of open positions and recently interviewed crew to the rest of the Crew & Concierge team wherever their location; • Make occasional international trips to hold face-to-face interviews, meet and greets, and promotional events. • Conduct all recruitment activities using the Crew & Concierge database and social media; • Work towards targets alongside other consultants to meet a monthly target to encourage growth within the company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; • Sales and negotiation skills; • Being able to prioritise your workload; • Self-motivation and an invested team player; • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines; • Capability to problem solve with creativity; • Eloquent writing ability; • Computer literate (experience with iOS preferred).
• Previous Recruitment experience; • A*-C in GCSE English
