REQUIREMENTS: Well trained in Service/Guests interaction is essential- the guests will spend a lot of time in the main areas. Yachting, Cruise Ship or Hospitality experience is required. Well-groomed and English speaking. Silver service experience is a must!!!! Only the best will be selected. Fine dining experience ! Formal training / certificates in service. Confident to work with a Two star Michelin chef and ten other Internationally trained chefs. Food and Beverage knowledge.
