MYyachtcrew is looking for an experienced SOLE CHEF for a 46m Private M/Y Location: Florida Itinerary: Florida, Bahama's and then most likely Central America and Panama Canal for the Summer Local candidates ideally to trial cook for the owner
We are after a passionate chef that really enjoys cooking various cuisines as the owner really enjoys his food. For longer guest trips they are looking into hiring a sous/crew chef to help out.
You need to have or be: -Valid STCW and ENG1 -B1B2 (Although they are willing to help you obtain it) -Female candidates ideally due to cabin arrangements -Ideally a good few years experience on similar sized yachts and 5-10 years professional cooking experience -Culinary diploma -A flair for cooking amazing fish dishes and yummy Asian food. -Great references as they will all get checked.
