Private Motor Yacht looking for a permanent sous chef. Position comes with a 2:1 rotation. Mediterranean based itinerary with private family only. Will be cooking for 35 crew and up to 15 guests. Looking for someone with good cookery skills and a good attitude to work, gluten free, dairy free and other dietary requirements. Must have STCW95, with security duties, ENG1 and a ships cook certificate would be a bonus. Experience on yachts preferred but will consider someone with a strong restaurant background.
