Summary

Guest Chef required for 48m MY. Private yacht. This is a rotational role of sorts - you will be required to be on board when guests are so you MUST be flexible. At present this is looking likely to be around 6 months of the year.

This family owned yacht is used throughout the year by various members of the family. There are a couple of dietary requirements you MUST be familiar with: 1 x Plant Paradox diet 1 x Gluten, sugar & dairy free These 2 guests are on board at the same time for around 25 days straight. You MUST be able to cater for them whilst being able to cater for the rest of the guests too which prefer UK/US types of cuisine. There is a Sous Chef on board.

Excellent longevity amongst the senior crew on board. Trial in the Caribbean in the next 2 weeks, Salary DOE - industry standard +.
