SOLE Engineer job offer

We seek a candidate who can demonstrate hands-on capability to run the engineering department of a high-quality Dutch built yacht. The yacht is currently doing a refit in SOF. Strong technical support from technical maintenance team is part of the project and available to familiarize oneself with the technical set-ups. Excellent organizational and maintenance skills needed with strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude . Team player is a must and not only a fancy topic on the cv. The applicants should have a good knowledge of all systems and able to communicate, and collaborate with the captain, the contractors and the owner. The boat is purely private. The initial stages of the exiting cruising program will be the Med before heading towards the Atlantic and make way to the high latitudes. These are the first legs of a long-term journey. Thus, long term commitment would be preferable and voyage orientated minds a must. We offer an employment package which will depend on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. It includes wages according to experience, medical, training, holidays, flights.
