Temp Head Chef opportunity for a 1 month Charter aboard a 70m Motor Yacht

Location: Indian Ocean

Start Date: December 8th, 2018

Package: Salary paid in Euros

You must be highly experienced in International Cuisines, including Asian dishes and have a strong Charter background


Planning and organisation of all Menu planning and high end food preparation, working alongside the Sous Chef

Excellent budget, provisioning and stock control skills

Have the ability to provide a varied repertoire of dishes to a 5 Star level

Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays

Strong organisation and communication skills

• Excellent English (verbal & written)


Professional Culinary Training

Ship’s Cook Certificate

STCW basic training (preferred)

Seafarer medical valid for at least 6 months (preferred)

Seaman\'s Discharge Book (preferred)

Yellow Fever vaccination
