Head Chef for 70-m Purpose Built Support Vessel - UTHM Looking for a permanent, challenging position somewhere different? Great all-round Chef skills? ASAP Start Date! This is a permanent position (non rotation) where you will be responsible for all galley operations on this purpose built support vessel. The yacht will be based in the Seychelles and sail extensively with the fleet in the Indian Ocean. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: • Formal Chef Training / Apprenticeship. • Previous large yacht experience in a similar role • STCW, ENG1 required, • Food Hygiene Level 2, • Ship Cooks Certificate (SCC). • Able to provide healthy, nutritious and wholesome meals for crew (26) and additional guests during owner trips. • A great deal of time will be spent on maintaining the high hygiene standards in the galley. Clean and efficient work practices are of upmost importance Start Date: ASAP Salary: Euro 6.000 per month with 45 days leave per year and one return ticket.
