POSITION: Executive Housekeeper

Minimum of 5 years\\' experience as in managing housekeeping and laundries on cruise/large private yachts or luxury hotel/private estates
Fluent English - both verbal and written
Self-starter and uses initiative

Proficient with computers/mobile devices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing a team of +/- 100 staff and you will be responsible for all household and laundry staff.
The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
Maintain a very good communication with the other departments to encourage immediate reports of defects, changes or anything that can affect the general operations of the estate. Sharing information is key. Ordering and controlling the inventory of all the cleaning products, linen, toiletries, cleaning consumables, equipment.
Quality control of all your areas and doing daily rounds of the estate.
Laundry: responsible for all the family and guest’s laundry and linen. Staff uniforms and linen.
Controlling all the store rooms and making sure they are always in a very tidy and clean condition.
