Seeking a Chef for a busy charter yacht. Job will start in Italy until middle of November when the yacht will be shipped to the Caribbean for the winter season. You will need to have good organizational skills to set up the new boat with all its equipment.
The vessel will operate with a stewardess team of 3 and the level of service offered must reach the highest levels of service, food quality and variety and entertainment for a yacht of this size. You must be able to bring new ideas to the table, but know how to work with what you\\'ve got available and get the most out of it. Team work is the central pillar from which this crew operates, and you must be willing to train and work with other crew who will help an doperate as your su-chef looking to add to an already happy and upbeat program.
In the long term the vessel plans to run a dual season program between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
Full time crew of 8. MLC compliant. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team building a great new charter program on top of an already established charter yacht, just with a newer bigger program.
