Summary

Seeking a 1st officer with USCG licenses only for a busy charter yacht. Job will start in Italy until middle of November when the yacht will be shipped to the Caribbean for the winter season. You will need to have good organizational skills to set up the new boat with all its equipment.

The vessel will operate with 2 deck crew and is team orientated. Deck crew help interior and interior help on deck including engineer. We tow a 40ft intrepid and your priorities must be to provide the highest levels of service and entertainment for a yacht of this size. You must be able to bring new ideas to the table, but know how to work with what you\'ve got available and get the most out of it. Team work is the central pillar from which this crew operates, and we are looking to add to an already happy and upbeat program.

In the long term the vessel plans to run a dual season program between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Full time crew of 8. MLC compliant. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team building great new charter program with a new boat over a very successful program that has already been established with our current yacht.
