Were looking for a motivated Chief Stewardess with previous experience on a similar size vessel to do a gradual handover from the current Chief Stew. This is the opportunity to work with an excellent Crew and for very kind, respectful owners who are a pleasure to work for. The itinerary is not extremely busy and were very lucky to have the quality of life we do on board. Because of this our Crew do everything they can to maintain the boat and take care of the owners to the highest level possible.
Proven longevity on previous vessels and excellent references are a must.
There are 10-13 Crew on board, depending on the time of year and 13 Crew when the guests are on board.
The vessel spends approximately 4-5 months in Ft Lauderdale, a few weeks in the Bahamas, 3-4 months in the Med and 1-2 months in the Caribbean.
To be successful in this position the Chief Stewardess must have an attention to detail, the ability to manage the interior of the boat seamlessly, and a warm and professional personality toward the Crew, Captain and Owners/Guests.

Manage the interior team of 2-3 Stewardesses
