Summary

Position Details:

• Role: Sous Chef (Female) 

• Contract Length: Temporary – 2-3 months

• Vessel: 72m Motor Yacht

• Salary: €4,500 per month

• Leave: 42 days annual leave

• Start Date: Asap 

• Location: New Zealand-Fiji


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for crew members

• Plan balanced menus catering to dietary requirements and preferences

• Manage provisioning, inventory, and galley organization

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the galley

• Work efficiently within a professional yacht environment


Requirements:

• Previous experience as a crew chef or similar role onboard yachts preferred

• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and crew-style meal planning

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid STCW, Food Safety & Hygiene certificates, ENG1, Proficiency in Designated Sercurity Duties (PDSD)

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
