A 40m charter yacht is urgently seeking a freelance female Chef already based in South Florida to join for a high-end holiday charter running from December 20th through January 4th. The program is fast-paced, guest-focused, and requires someone who can deliver elevated, beautifully plated cuisine with confidence and calm under pressure.
The ideal Chef has solid charter experience, understands provisioning for holiday trips, and can work seamlessly with a tight, professional crew.
Responsibilities
- Full culinary management for guests and crew during the charter
- Create well-balanced, high-quality menus that accommodate preferences and dietary needs
- Provision efficiently in South Florida prior to departure
- Maintain a clean, organized galley with strong food safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the interior and deck teams during service
- Deliver a polished, guest-focused dining experience throughout the trip
Requirements
- Must already be located in South Florida (no travel budget for fly-ins)
- Strong charter experience on vessels 35m–50m
- Excellent organizational skills and calm under busy holiday pressure
- Professional presentation and strong communication
- Female candidate requested to fit current cabin arrangements
