Requirements:

Advanced medical or Medical Care certificate

STCW + Refresher

GMDSS

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months) - physically fit

Passport (valid min. 1 year)

Strong on Bridge/accounts

Strong leadership skills - mentor to the deck crew

Solid history of crew management

Extremely organized

A perfectionist

Excellent communications skills

VISA: B1/B2 visa

Background check and drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities: Chief Officer duties. Management, good communicator, great leadership skills, well organized. 

Job Specifics: CHIEF Officer - Guest trip from December 8 - 13th. Running the bridge and deck. Managing the deck team. Working harmoniously with the captain.  

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt
