Summary
We are searching for a Deckhand to join our team.
This is a busy private & charter program. We spend a lot of time in South Florida & The Bahamas with private owner use as well busy charter trips. We have a great selection of water sports toys and put together an impressive BBQ beach set up when cruising this part of the world. Immediate plans are for a boss trip over Christmas followed by a very short pit stop in the ship yard in West Palm Beach. The 2026 summer season will likely be spent cruising the East coast of the USA including NYC, Martha's Vineyard, Sag Harbour, Montauk, Newport etc.
Requirements:
- Competent deck maintenance knowledge (painting AWL Grip, caulking, treating teak etc.)
- Must have a Fit, healthy & active lifestyle (good base level of fitness).
- Passionate physical hobby such as surfing, running, cycling, kite boarding etc.
- Any experience fishing & free diving and knowledge of the Bahamas (particularly The Exuma's) is extremely advantageous
- Someone ready to hit the ground running and assist the Bosun as a team of 2 on deck to ensure that the exterior is maintained to a very high standard.
