Summary
We are seeking an experienced, confident Bosun to join a 60m charter yacht in the Caribbean.
Start date approx. 18/12/2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a deck team of three; set standards and maintain strong teamwork.
- Oversee the vessel’s maintenance program, ensuring top-level presentation at all times.
- Proactively train junior crew in all deck operations: line handling, tender driving, watersports, paint care, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on a charter vessel.
Requirements:
- Proven Bosun or Lead Deckhand experience on similar-size vessels (50m+ preferred).
- Strong maintenance skills: paint care, teak care, and general repairs.
- Confident leader with the ability to teach, and build a strong deck team.
- Yachtmaster Offshore required; tender-driving proficiency essential.
- Ready to join mid December in the Caribbean.
