Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 132 foot, Private, Foreign Flagged motor yacht based in the United States, operating with a crew of eight. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations while providing effective leadership to the crew. Key responsibilities include overseeing all onboard operations, managing crew schedules, and maintaining the yacht's standards and maintenance. Candidates must have previous experience as Captain on vessels of similar size and possess a valid maritime certification. Preference will be given to individuals currently residing in the United States, as the yacht typically operates in New England during the summer and in the Bahamas and Caribbean during the winter. The vessel is currently in Ft Lauderdale for a short yard period and will be followed by an Owners trip in the Bahamas first week of December.
