Rotational 2nd Stewardess – Private/Charter 70 M/Y
We are seeking a professional, confident, and proactive Second Stewardess to join a 70m+ private/charter yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior Second Stew experience who enjoys leading by example and fostering a positive, well-organized team environment.
Start date: 1st December 2025
Location: Med / Caribbean
Package: Salary in Euros, 2:2 Rotation
Experience and attributes required:
- Previous Second Stewardess experience on similar-sized vessels.
- Confident leading a team at the discretion of the Chief Stew.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across operations.
- Experience with interior administration, ordering, and uniform management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent service and housekeeping abilities.
- Highly organized with strong administrative competence.
- Positive, proactive attitude and healthy lifestyle.
- Team player with a fun, professional, and upbeat energy.
Qualifications required:
- Fully updated STCW
- Food & Hygiene L2
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
- Seaman’s Discharge Book
- B1B2 (preferred)
