A permanent full time position for an experienced energetic, calm, confident and creative female yacht chef to work on a 50m charter yacht based in the Mediterranean. A relatively relaxed itinerary with approximately 4-6 weeks charter during the summer combined with owner and family visits (total of 9-10 weeks total use). The owner is into his good food and likes to come into the galley and interact with the chef, so the right candidate must be happy interacting with the owner and guests. Max 10 guests when chartering, 6 to 8 max with owners (normally 2) and 11 crew. Cruises Western Med over the summer months and based in the south of France over the winter where you will be required to cook for the crew. An experienced chef is required that is able to produce the wow factor for charter guests and cook more relaxed yet still delicious food for owners and family. Starting January 2026. Holidays and salary negotiable/dependant on experience. Training budget for chef courses provided. Shared cabin.
STCW, ENG1, Security Awareness, Food Hygiene Level 2 (completed in person not online) and Ship's Cook Certificate all required.
