We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a 62m private and charter motor yacht currently in Palma. The yacht is dual season and will be departing for the Caribbean in two weeks, with charters already booked and an owner’s trip to Alaska planned for next year. The vessel typically completes a Mediterranean charter season before returning to the U.S. for winter.

Fully crewed with 18 professional crew members, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative chef who takes pride in producing high-quality, healthy, and delicious meals for both guests and crew. Candidates should ideally have previous experience on a similar-sized yacht, strong knowledge of dietary requirements, and a positive, team-focused attitude. You will be working under a nice and talented Head Chef.
