Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand to join a 63m motor yacht with a crew of 16, currently in the United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the vessel's standards and ensuring smooth operations during both private and charter activities. Responsibilities include deck maintenance, assisting with mooring, and supporting the crew in various tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a deckhand and must hold a Yachtmaster qualification. Candidates should possess a B1/B2 visa and demonstrate a hardworking attitude without ego. Additional skills in engineering, drone operation, or videography will be considered a plus. This permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary, 60 days of leave, and a 13th-month paycheck at the captain's discretion. The role will commence in December 2025, with a cruising itinerary that includes the Caribbean, followed by the Mediterranean after a shipyard period.
