We are seeking a highly experienced Rotational Captain (1:1) to join a busy 60m dual-season motor yacht with an exceptional reputation in the charter market. This opportunity is for a coupled Captain and Chief Stewardess team to take the helm of a prestigious, active, and well-run program.
Launched in 2022, this yacht offers a dynamic schedule across both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with a strong charter calendar and an excellent record for guest satisfaction and generous tips.
You’ll be joining a professional, tight-knit crew and working closely with an experienced management company that offers strong operational support and long-term career stability.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Master 3000 license
- Proven experience as Captain on charter yachts of similar size or larger
- Strong leadership and hands-on management style
- Previous experience working successfully as a Captain/Chief Stewardess couple
- Excellent references and a solid charter track record
- Schengen visa or European passport essential
- Start date: Flexible
